- We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or a rescheduled appointment.
- Services
- Our services are for esthetic purposes only and are not intended to treat or diagnose any medical conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

- Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- A deposit may be required for certain services, such as bridal or special event services.

- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables.
